A
pick list is issued and components are staged
outside the filling room to insure all the
components are available in correct amounts.
During
the filling process, samples are again taken
and evaluated by Quality Control to insure
the product meets proper fill and label
weight torque, and overall product quality
including, color, odor, and appearance.
All
filling processes are performed under Current
Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and
FDA guidelines.
The
finished product is packed into shipping
containers, stacked on pallets, counted,
and wrapped with clear polyurethane to secure
the containers to the pallet as well as
prevent future loss.
Pallets
are then transferred to the warehouse or
the shipping dock to await shipment.
